Guidelines for reporting copyright infringement and submitting counter-notifications on Flirtee AI.

01

Overview

Flirtee respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects creators and users to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how to file a notice of alleged infringement and how to submit a counter-notification if you believe a mistake has been made.

02

Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you believe material hosted on Flirtee infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature and contact information.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material, including URLs or conversation IDs.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Send notices to: dmca@flirtee.ai or Flirtee DMCA Agent, 123 Companion Lane, Tallinn, Estonia.

03

Counter-Notification

If you believe we removed your content by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature and contact details.
  • Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district (or Estonia if outside the EU) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.
04

Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are subject to repeated infringement notices. We also reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing material without notice.

05

Misrepresentations

Submitting false or malicious DMCA notices or counter-notifications may result in legal liability. Please ensure all statements are accurate before filing.
