Guidelines for reporting copyright infringement and submitting counter-notifications on Flirtee AI.

DMCA Notice Requirements

Flirtee AI respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, you must submit a written notice to our Designated Agent that strictly complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)). Your notice MUST include ALL of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf;

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;

• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., specific URLs);

• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email);

• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Liability for Misrepresentation

PLEASE NOTE: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. If you are unsure whether the material infringes your copyright, you should contact an attorney before sending a notice.

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a specific counter-notification with us (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2)(B)). Your counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature;

• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed;

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;

• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or Estonia if outside the US), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Flirtee AI has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
