Terms of Service

By accessing, creating an account, processing payments, or using Flirtee AI ("the Service"), you unconditionally agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Flirtee AI. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE ALL USE OF THE SERVICE.

You strictly acknowledge and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the absolute right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be used by minors will be terminated immediately without refund. By using the Service, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Service utilises probabilistic Artificial Intelligence ("AI") to generate text and images. You acknowledge that AI outputs are unpredictable, non-deterministic, and may contain errors or hallucinations.

You are solely responsible for all content you generate. You agree not to generate content that promotes illegal acts, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual sexual content, self-harm, or violence.

• Flirtee AI disclaims all liability for the content generated by users.
• We employ automated and manual moderation tools; however, we cannot guarantee the detection of all policy-violating content.
• Exposure to mature or NSFW themes is possible. You assume full risk for your exposure to such content.

Paid features, including subscriptions and virtual currency (Coins), are billed in advance. YOU AGREE THAT ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, except where required by applicable law.

You expressly acknowledge that digital goods (such as Coins) have no monetary value outside of the Service and cannot be redeemed for cash.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLIRTEE AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. DO NOT RELY ON THE SERVICE FOR MEDICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FLIRTEE AI, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flirtee AI and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including copyright or privacy rights.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

YOU AND FLIRTEE AI AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice and without liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
