You must be at least 18 years old to use Flirtee. We may request age verification and reserve the right to suspend accounts that fail verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials.

You agree not to misuse the platform, avoid harassment, share illegal content, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to reverse engineer our systems. We may remove content or terminate access for violations.

• Do not use Flirtee for unlawful purposes or to solicit illegal activity.
• Avoid spamming, scraping, or automated access outside documented APIs.
• Respect other users and do not share offensive, hateful, or exploitative content.
• Report vulnerabilities responsibly through official channels.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing intervals, and cancellation terms are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers under their own terms.

You retain rights to original content you create on Flirtee. By using the platform, you grant us a worldwide licence to host, display, and improve services with your content. Generated AI outputs may be re-used to improve models unless you opt out where available.

Flirtee personalities are generated by AI and may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected responses. Do not rely on Flirtee for professional, legal, or medical advice. We moderate content but cannot guarantee prevention of all policy violations.

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if you breach these terms, violate laws, or put the community at risk. You may delete your account at any time via settings or by contacting support.

To the extent permitted by law, Flirtee is provided "as-is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. Material updates will be notified via email or in-product messages. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
